_~* Weather Update *~_ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Update ~ I suppose I knew it was going to rain, but since it hasn't rained in a while, so this was QUITE the surprise. I was turning horses in, and turning horses out when I saw a slight drizzle of rain outside. I didn't pay too much mind to it since it wont hurt anybody to get a nice refreshing bath, but found it started...growing. So, I ran down to pastures, not caring to throw on some rain gear, and started taking the horses into their stalls. Emily came out to help me since this was going to take a while. I walked down to the stalls with horses since I didn't want to scare them, and sprinted to the pastures after dropping them off. Apparently it's our turn to deal with this 'Fun' rain. Thankfully we finished JUST in time. We found that lightning and harsh rain started coming down a couple minutes after the horses where secure. Normally we would leave the horses down in their pastures, but our estate doesn't have shelter in each pasture currently, and when I see rain like pouring down on those horses it hurts my heart. Thankfully, all the horses are enjoying their grains and hay, and aren't spooking [ excluding some horses ] at the lightning. To keep an eye on the barn, but to also be helpful, I sat in a stall with Trick for a while to make sure the barn was okay before doing some cleaning in the tack room to make the most of time. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ :D
