Please press the Green Flag and Buttons! This is the Fredbear Plush in my AU. We don't need to stick to their exact lore since the roleplay could change events. In the "Five Nights at Freddy's" universes, there are two constants; Remnant and Agony. The former is the energy of life, and the latter the remains of pain. One is a neutral force, and the other a dark one. What if there was a balance? A counterweight to the darkness that is Agony? This is what the Fredbear Plush is made of. Sometime in 1980, Clara Afton grew tired of her husband's constant need for control, and though she tried to bring their children with her, she knew she couldn't. Clara had nowhere else to go, and with her future uncertain she knew the children would be better off with their father. In the middle of the night, when William was either asleep or at work—she never knew where he was anymore—she snuck into the rooms of her children. First, young four-year-old Elizabeth, who she whispered and kissed goodbye. Then, to pre-teen Michael's room, who was, of course, *dangling off the bed*. She repositioned him and said goodbye before he drifted back to sleep. Finally, to Evan, the more vulnerable child. Clara saw the Fredbear Plush face down on the floor, most likely being nudged off the bed by the sleeping Evan. She picked them up, and in that moment, her composure broke. She silently wept into the golden fur, stifling sobs to keep the children asleep. All her care, all her affection for her entire family—Elizabeth, Evan, Michael, even what was left for her husband William—poured into the plush. Though Clara left that fateful night, her heart never did. And so, the Fredbear Plush was born from Love. They were not given life at that moment, not yet. Over the years, Evan would become more fearful. Without a healthy parental figure to guide him and give him comfort, the boy became terrified of every creak and shadow, clutching the plush with all his life. His Agony bled into the plush, and the Agony is what brought the plush into being. Instead of being warped by the energy though, Love countered the Agony and made the plush kind and gentle. The Fredbear Plush was confused when it became alive, because it remembered *not* being alive. It remembered having no thoughts or feelings, just being an object watching the world through plastic eyes. It tried to speak to the boy it knew was "Evan," it tried to move toward him to comfort, but it found it could not. It was only when they looked away that the plush could move freely, and only whisper if the boy was in earshot. Eventually, when Evan noticed the plush was never in its original place, the boy believed the plush was real, and the Fredbear Plush was able to speak and interact with them. The plush was their protector, their guardian, and this role extended to Michael and Elizabeth as well. ...Even William was looked after for a time being. Then, it was a week before the party. William knew Michael bullied Evan, and though William tried to put a stop to it, he could not be there all the time. Unless... unless he *could*. Evan was rarely without his plush during summer break, so William took the plush, remove most of the fluff, and installed a walkie-talkie. The plastic eyes were replaced with empty holes, two small cameras installed so William could track him. The plush could not speak, just move. When the Bite of '83 occurred, the plush finally felt something other than joy and love. It felt... grief. It d13d shortly after Evan d13d from his coma, and the plush simply faded away. Though it was not gone. The plush, being an unusual sentient being, was presented before Old Man Consequences. The alligator/crocodile revealed that dark things were to come, and they needed help watching what would happen. The Plush became the Old Man's eyes and ears, the walkie-talkie transmitting everything into the lake for the Old Man to watch.
Fredbear Plush abilities: Mnemokinesis, but instead of forcing others to relieve someone's memory, they can only have the one person relive them. The Fredbear Plush uses this ability in the roleplay to bring Michael Afton's (played by my friend Heart) memories to the front of his mind if he is in physical or mental pain to comfort him. In my AU, the Fredbear Plush only does this to Evan, since only Evan believes in him. Pathokinesis, where the Fredbear Plush can make someone experience joy, relief, or comfort for a brief period of time. Theoretically, the plush could make someone experience emotional pain, but they have never attempted this. Empathic Healing, where the Fredbear Plush can absorb someone's physical pain, but not their emotional pain. The Fredbear Plush uses this ability to help Michael and Evan in the roleplay, but they cannot take away all the physical pain, just lessen it. Again, this only works if someone believes they are real. This ability also lets the Fredbear Plush regain Agony spent using their supernatural abilities. Remote Viewing, Clairvoyance, though this requires a lot of energy in the form of Agony and only works for a brief period of time. They can be blocked off by signal blocking paint, radio static, or other purely Agony beings. Sensory Linkage, where the Fredbear Plush can see through the eyes of the Fredbear Animatronic. The Fredbear Plush has no control over the animatronic, since they are not possessing the animatronic, just seeing through it. This does not work when Cassidy possesses the animatronic, since the object becomes occupied.
