Brand: ThyssenKrupp. Year: 2012. Type: Dual-ram roped hydraulic MRL with the pump unit in the pit. Capacity: 2700 kg or 36 persons. Speed: 1 m/s. Fixtures: TK Link Mk2 Blue (Some of the fixtures have been replaced with Orange Mk1 spare parts). Doors: Meiller Türen. Logic: Unknown TK Link microprocessor controller. Voice: Unknown ThyssenKrupp Link. Floors: 6 (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). Motor: Bucher Hydraulics submersible pump unit. Starter type: Solid state with soft-starter. Maintenance company: Orona. Location: Undisclosed office building, El Garcia, ST. This lift is a really nice massive ThyssenKrupp Link Mk2 which is hydraulic MRL and goes 1 m/s which is very fast for such a big hydraulic lift. It also features a very loud and epic sounding Bucher pump unit! The lift also has some very nice Meiller Türen doors. It's also got the TK Link voice as well. This lift also only has the Mk1 chimes and some of the fixtures, including the inside floor indicator have been replaced with Mk1 spare parts for some reason. This lift is located at some posh offices which opened in Sept. 2012. This is the only lift in the entire building. This place also features a Simplex 4100ES fire alarm system with voice evacuation and a Mitsubishi HVAC system. Both from 2012. Also, this place used to have Dell Optiplex 9010 MT desktops and Dell Latitude E6430 laptops from 2012 but these have been replaced in 2019 with new Dell OptiPlex 7070 MT desktops and Latitude 7400 laptops currently running Windows 11 Pro since late 2025.
