It's your favorite main character! Well, maybe not favorite but yknow what I mean. But I'm back to do main character... things.. Ok this is getting weird, let's just start the chapter. Chapter 9: I hear a knock at my door. "I'll get it," I say, remembering that my mom was at this dumb business trip for some random work meeting. I open the door, and see Onyx shaking. The left side of xeir face is red. "Onyx! What happened? Are y-" Xey wrap xeir arms around me. "I-I don't know what to do..." Xeir voice is shaking. "It's ok.. We'll figure it out together, alright..? My mom's gone for 2 weeks, so you can stay here for a bit if you want. I don't have much cash though, and I need to use my own money but.." I realize I'm probably sharing too much, so I shut up. "Y-yeah that's fine," Onyx whispers. The next few days went by in a blur. It was all pretty boring stuff, but at least I can hang out with Onyx. And my mom isn't coming home for another week! Onyx and I get home, and we both lay down on the couch. "I hate walking." Onyx is sweating so much that it's getting on the couch. "Yeah, but I have some sodas in the fridge. I get up and grab two sodas. "Thank you!" Onyx grabs a soda from my hand. We just relax for a bit, talking to each other. It's pretty nice. My mom opens the front door.
