This Version of Kaikor is mid-way before GH Yes he becomes somewhat of what gt Goku became of in gt except he inherited directly from him Basically after fighting neo cell, he got the changed power from gt Goku to fight, after that he fought the humanoid dragon to achieve GH and that's when he managed to use the sign of change form at will and the form much stronger than any other form he has, on top of that he can manipulate reality. Pretty much taoism ascension Power lvl: ?????? infinitely stronger than any version of him past present and future
The sign of change form is a mirror to what gt goku has achieved but a form similar to ultra instinct omen however it gives golden eyes and a black tail He also in this time period mastered cloning and invincible barriers he can put up with his hand like air. He also has a new move similar to quiescence 6th except it's like star dust breaker Multiversal laws are in his control in the db multiverse How he achieved the form? well thesign of change can be passed on temporarily however the user must achieve a taoist ascension. then after to unlock it at will the user will have to gather positive energy at an extreme level and condense it to you body a similar thing can be done with negative energy but it will corrupt the body.
