It might seem weird for Safek to willingly be interviewed by the ACF, but to him, the interview benefits him more than it benefits the ACF. He wants to gather information about the ACF. To gather intelligence. He can manipulate their understanding of him. The ACF may believe that they are interviewing Safek, but Safek believes he is interviewing the ACF. As to how they interviewed him, he was just. As implied in the document, he was not in containment, so to simply arrive at the ACF for an interview and then leave would be a plausible occurrence. Note that anything Safek says could either be truth or deceit. He wants to make the ACF doubt what he is saying, so he can confuse them and use that to his advantage. He wants to corrode the ACF from the inside-out through his manipulation. A slow process, but an incredibly effective one. Of course, the ACF doesn't know this, at least not fully. They know Safek can be very manipulative, but they never know when. If you must shorten it, you can limit it to the main ideas. Also, random request, but do you mind voice acting this? If you want to know what Safek's voice is like, it's calm, refined, and almost soothing, but with something subtly wrong underneath it. Extra Notes about Safek's voice (if you care): Medium-to-low-pitch Smooth, controlled delivery (almost never stumbles over his words) Very articulate Very slightly theatrical, but restrained Occasionally speaks with a faint, amused smile in his voice, particularly when he knows something the other person doesn't. When he does become threatening, he gets quieter rather than louder.
