The use of drones; hunting down guerrillas and sending in the EC-Drones, are stopped. But the use of DP-Drones is continued but not to chase guerrillas, but as a way to stop them as soon as they ambush, if that is even possible, I don't know anymore. I don't know what is even possible at this point. We issue an official apology to the people of Louisiana, for the use of drones, we did not realize how wrong it could go until the effects really started raking in. We are sorry for the innocent lives lost, the children and their mothers, and the destruction of their homes. Obviously, we'd point out that their fighters are basically using them as shields for their own gain but they probably won't even see that. We want this message to be heard all throughout Louisiana, dropping pamphlets from the skies, sending messengers to towns and small cities, etc. Basically spread it as far as we can. But it doesn't mean we will give up; it just means we need to keep searching for different tactics (Google is the most useless thing for searching stuff up, now I realize). So, we ask towns, mainly in the North, to join us in order to live a greater life, they will have better education, safety, freedoms, etc. if they join us peacefully, we haven't invaded them, bombed their civilian areas, or anything like that besides obvious military targets. We promise them that Louisiana, like every other state that is a part of Dixieland, will maintain plenty of autonomy as Dixieland is a Confederacy. We will also ask the communities currently within our occupied territories to join us for we will no longer be launching any offensives against the guerrillas because it is no longer worth it. But it does not mean we are leaving it. We promise them a better life, Louisiana will literally not be split up, or removed from any freedoms that the other Confederate states currently hold. Up until this point and beyond, Louisiana is not the richest or most capable state/nation, but Dixieland can help them rebuild and build greater than ever before or ever thought possible.
Last shot at it... @sillymink , I get how guerrilla warfare works, but the thing is, you never really made it clear on how it can be countered, only that it is the inevitable defeat basically. What else do you expect from one of the best conventionally minded RPers that has never RPed guerrilla warfare a day in his life?!
