This is either through direct aid (arms, ammunition, secret training, etc.) or through more "soft" means (funding, propaganda, etc.) Training often includes a large portion on how to conduct guerrilla warfare and other means of armed resistance, of which lessons have been learned from Laurentian advisors in operations against Kentucky. We also engage in covert recruitment operations for the Socialists in West Virginia, targeting the bulk of the lower-class/blue collar workers who might feel disconnected from the concessions their state made to join the Golden Circle, as it does little to help their current state of economic downturn, and no popular referendum was held for the people to put their opinions into power.
