This is a nice block of flats from 09/1978 and it has a Schindler hydraulic lift. But the building got renovated in 2009-2010 and the lift got modded by TK. The mod is so heavy that you can't tell that it used to be a 1978 Schindler! However, this mod is still really good because the new GMV pump sounds epic, the doors are fast and overall, this lift is still very characterful! This place also features a 2010 Simplex 4100U and a Mitsubishi HVAC system from the same year (They replace the previous stuff).
