Here we come to a pretty normal modern block of flats which opened in September of 2007. This building is quite nice and features this fast generic-looking Kone MonoSpace 500 lift with the MX20 motor. This lift runs efficiently, goes 1.6 m/s and it's got pre-doors! This lift is a bit weird but totally awesome! LET'S RIDE IT!!! The fire alarm in this building is a Simplex 4100U voice evac system with white TrueAlert speaker strobes and remote strobes, updated in March 2011 with PyroStop low frequency sounders. The HVAC system is a nice and reliable Daikin system from 2007.
