So, as France, we have a 2 sided invasion. Thankfully, Carthage is helping us with the agressive Spain. We have decided to conscript 250,000 people into the military, and they will be paid like the rest of my military, based on how the new conscripts perform in the army. We as well will spend 40% of our treasury, or even a astounding 30% of my GDP on military. We aim to give our soldiers the best equipment, and based of this, we will first try to attack Luxembourg, seeing they are an easy target, and the Belgians will not be at their allies border, will they? We will then use Luxembourg as a base, of which to attack Belgium. We will aim for peace, however, with the Dutch, seeing as they do not show aggression at all.
