This is a save code engine for adding save codes to games. I made a Scratch discuss post for it here: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/905098/ Just Use your backpack to add the code maker sprite to your project and follow the instructions on the forum post. Read the part that explains it too, it is so easy to understand and will help you use it.
@MarkRoberFan708 (myself) for the whole thing. I made this completely myself because I need save codes and all the tutorials and pre-existing toolkits/engines for it were so complicated. I know those are the way they are for a reason and there are benefits to them being that way but sometimes you just need to have savegames without all the crazy extra stuff
