First off, stop saying negative things about yourself. Second, don't let it all go, don't rot, don't fight. I'm here, if you want to talk, just /ask/. Third, who? Your parents? If you feel like a fool, then you may be for /feeling/ that way. Fourth, STOP. I know where this is going, and its NOT GOOD. I tried months ago, and don't. There are people in the world who care about you. Me, your friends, either IRL or Scratch, your Teachers. WE NEED YOU. As the song says "When it do, I'll be right behind you." WE ALL WILL!!! So stop it. Think. Is this what your younger self, or older self would've wanted? Your friends? No? Then stop! This is directed /at you./ If you think that way, talk about it. Don't just make little comments to make yourself miserable. D. O. N. T. Life sucks, sure. But that doesn't mean you can just... Quit. You may want to, but don't. I believe in you, and everyone will. No matter how hard it gets There is a reason why I always see two sides of an argument before I pick a side. So let me see yours.. I've dealt with something similar to this.. Smiling Depression. I still do. But I stand strong. No M A T T E R how hard life is. I do it, because there are people on here who see me for the way I am. I do it because there are people in /real life/ that understand. I don't want to leave anyone in the dark. Please, let me help you. Let me help you rise up together. Everyone. Lets rise up. Be proud for the person we are We're all different in a way All in our /own special way/. Sure, it may not be positive, but don't think that. Even Depression has its own positives! Yes, I just said that I might sound stupid. But its true. Think about it. You see the world in a different angle every time you gain a disability, disorder, or even a short/long term sickness. Many of you may not know any of the words I am about to say.. But listen. For the sake of everything. My mental health Your physical health May deplete... But don't let that drag you down. Stand tall, even with many broken bones. Don't let Possibilism or Environmental Determinism press on your shoulders, Don't let /pressure/ weight you down, Don't let bullies drag you down to the dirt, just so they can stand tall. Sure, these are all a part of life, but get up again. Just like in soccer. You fall? Get up again! Small wound? Get up again! Don't stop. Believe in yourself "Trust in the Process." as my Human Geography AP teacher told me. You may be dragged down, But GET UP AGAIN. Don't die in the dirt, knowing that you were pathetic. Make something out of your life. Not just negative thoughts. But positive too. /Trust in the process./ "But.. What if-" Don't. No buts. No What ifs. "If I do this will this-" No. Stop it This is not a cause and effect in this moment. ///TRUST IN THE PROCESS/// Trust me. These words will /change your life../ Will /you/ trust in the process? Will /you/ make a change in life, to make it more meaningful? You know what? Go ahead. Describe Meaningful to me, without looking it up. Use your own words. Does it mean pathetic in your eyes? Does it mean making the most of your life in your eyes? Does it mean, throwing your life aside, just so others can stand taller? Tell me. Will you... Trust The Process..? Will you trust in your own heart, mind, and capability for your own body, to make the right choice? Stop. Enough with the questions If you're thinking about every single question either I have written down, clear your mind. Pull up a sound track from a river, or go to a stream/river you have nearby. I'm going to teach you a technique I've found helps. Meditating. Not what you think, crossing your legs, humming. But letting your thoughts flow. Yes, I have gotten this from the book series, Warriors. Most of you will know, but it does work. I've tried. Close your eyes now, clear your mind. If a thought comes, let it flow with the river, or rain. Negative thought comes? Gone. Let it flow down the river. Away from you. Wait a few minutes.. Breath in, wait five seconds, let it out. Continue to let your thoughts slip by. Every memory, every possibility you've ever thought, every emotion. Let it go. Trust in the Process. Now, after you tried, what did you feel? //How// did you feel? What did it feel like? Did it help? If you need more, try again. Over and over, till you feel calm, happy, or even just.. Proud of yourself. Yes, Pride. I have one last message I have constantly repeated through this project... Trust The Process. Promise me you will. Throughout life, everywhere you go. Trust the process.
