click or arrow keys hope this helps! as with everything, body proportions are a style choice, but if you're having trouble with crammed or stiff poses, it can help to compare the sizes of body parts :] like if you're going for a more realistic/semi-realistic look, an average cat's head is about the same size as the scapula (shoulder blade) from the side view, & about half the height of the body (depending on breed/fur length ofc)
