yippee depth wow :D yum backstory (just a snippet for dramatic effect) Depth knew it was coming. They knew that they couldn’t escape it. So he ran. It chased them, soulless eyes wide with hunger. Long, lanky, body furiously scrambling after him. It would catch up to Depth soon. This is the end, he thought. This is where I die, and I never made a difference in the world. Was my life meaningless? Did I do anything right? And everything went black as the creature caught her. But Depth could still feel the pain of bony claws raking his eyes.
