Karakian "Children Of The Forest"

The Children Of The Forest Are A Highly Debated Group In Karakia. What IS Known About Them Is That They Began In 1924, After The Communist Revolution Began And Many Followers Of Karakia's Native Religion Were Slaughtered, With Many Children Fleeing To The Woods. Over Generations Of Paranoid Hunting, Fanatism, And Hiding Underground And Deep In Woods, They Have Taken A Different Apearance Than Many Karakians, Painting Themselves White And Carving Many Religous Symbols Into Themselves. They Often Wear Long, Heavy Clothes Along With Masks, Some (As Seen Left) Are Traditional Pagan Masks, Whilst Others Wear Animal Skulls Or Bandage Their Face. Some Of Their Members Are Reffered To As "Ferals", Often Wearing A Mask, And Tattered Leg Wear, Acting Rabid To Outsiders, Often Screaming And Sprinting At People Flapping Their Arms As They Run. Many Incidents Have Occured To Karakian And Valdurian Troops, With Some Being Captured And Sacrificed In Their Odd Rituals, Often Scarring Those Whom Find The Aftermath, They Are Considered An Extremist Group By The Original Government's Classification, And Now, With The Civil War, They Have Ramped Up In Activity. They Are Very Heavily Armed, Using Good Quality If Not Extremely Rare Weaponry From Old Military Bunkers They Like To Live In, Yet Ammo Is Scarce So Most Of The CF's Guns Only Have A Few Bullets. As They Only Use Them Once Spotted, Preffering Daggers Coated In A Paralyzing Venom To Incapacitate Victims To Use In Rituals, As They Are Masters Of Stealth. They Have Also Been Noted To Speak Old Karakian, However, This Is Only Partially True, As In 1924, The Oldest Member Was 10, And Over Generations, Some Very Old Childish Grammar And Pronuciations Have Made A Language Completely Unique To Them, With Poorly Written Script Looking As Though A Young Child Drew It. They Also Seem To Be Very Quiet, Only Muttering And Uusally Relying On Body Language To Communicate Or Copying Animal Noises, Which Can Give Away That They Are Near If You Hear Animals That Shouldn't Be In That Region Of Karakia, Howeverm If You Are Not Native To Karakia And A Decent Outdoorsmen, This Would Allow Them To Secretly Communicate Whilst Trailing You. They Also Protect Mysterious "Shamans", One Of The Most Widely Debated Ranks In Karakian Society As Many Debate Their Existence, With People Saying They Wear Weird Odd Costumes And Underneath They Could Be At Least 7 Feet Tall, And Almost Completely Silent As Its Believed, If Real, Their Cloaks Muffle Any Noise They Make, Allowing Them To Wander Woods Without Alerting Anyone.
