Location: Undisclosed block of flats, El Garcia, ST. This lift is really nice. It's a 2004 Orona OR96. This one is a hydraulic which has a nice heavy-duty chassis, 2 pistons, goes 1 m/s and runs quite well. The voice unit has been replaced in 2013, the phone has also been replaced in the 2010's and some full height door sensors have been added in the 2010's too. Also, the GMV hydraulic pump unit sounds awesome on this one! This lift is located at an undisclosed block of flats which opened in September 2004. This block of flats also features a Simplex 4100U voice evac system from 2004 with white TrueAlert speaker strobes and remote strobes. Also, the HVAC system is a Daikin one from 2004.
