Fan art of an FPE OC made by @FatCat20212022 been a while since i've heard anything from that community... occasional stuff like this is always nice to see.
FPE (or "Fundamental Paper Education") is a fandom based around a music video created by "Katie" called "Basics in behavior" (not to be confused with the song "Basics in behavior" by "The Living Tombstone"). you can find a reupload somewhere on youtube because Katie has unfortunately left the internet space for a while, or so it seems because i remember finding what i thought was her original account on youtube but this could be a fluke. so it's safe to assume she's retired for now. #art#fanart
