To find him first go to the backrooms area. There is a code (there also is a door): 194380432. Then you go to the arcade. There is totem on the floor. When you click the totem it asks you for a code. Put in the code from the backrooms then it says 'Darkness, fright and horror.' Go back to the backrooms area and click on the door. It says 'What are the 3 creepy words?'. Put in the 3 words the totem said to make the dude appear.
