1. Jade Leech A walk around the Mostro Lounge after closing hours was peaceful, especially with Jade by your side. He was speaking passionately about a new terrarium layout, but stopped when he noticed you shivering slightly from the nighttime chill. Before you could say anything, Jade stepped in front of you. With practiced elegance, he slipped his long coat off his shoulders and draped it over yours. The fabric was warm and smelled faintly of sea breeze and premium tea. "There. We can't have you catching a cold," Jade murmured, leaning down so his face was level with yours. His heterochromic eyes crinkled with pure affection. "Though, if you are still cold, I wouldn't mind holding you close instead." 2. Floyd Leech "Shrimpyyyy!" Before you could even turn around, a pair of long arms wrapped securely around your waist, lifting you right off your feet. Floyd squeezed you tight, spinning you around once before setting you back down, though he didn't let go of his grip. He rested his chin right on top of your head. "I missed you so much today. The sturgeon in class was being so boring," he whined, rocking you side to side like a giant plush doll. "Floyd, we saw each other two hours ago," you laughed, leaning back against his chest. "Doesn't matter," he hummed, shifting to plant a loud, dramatic kiss on your temple. "Two hours without Shrimpy is way too long. You gotta stay glued to me for the rest of the day." 3. Kalim Al-Asim Kalim's idea of a romantic date was sweeping you away on his magic carpet to watch the sunset over the Oasis. The wind whipped through your hair as the carpet soared, and you instinctively held onto Kalim's vest. He laughed, a bright, joyous sound, and wrapped one arm securely around your waist to keep you safe. "Look at the sky, (Y/N)! Isn't it beautiful?" You looked at the vibrant oranges and purples, then looked back at Kalim, whose face was completely illuminated by the warm light. "Yeah. Beautiful," you said softly. Kalim turned to you, his ruby eyes wide and filled with pure adoration. He took your hand, pressing it against his heart. "I'm so glad 1 get to share everything with you. You make my whole world brighter!" 4. Jamil Viper After a chaotic day of managing Scarabia, Jamil finally found a moment of peace with you in the quiet library. He was sitting at a table, massaging his temples, looking completely exhausted. You walked up behind him and gently placed your hands on his shoulders, kneading away the tension. Jamil let out a soft sigh, his shoulders instantly dropping. He reached up, covering one of your hands with his own. "You always know exactly what I need, he whispered, turning his head slightly to look at you. The guarded, stressed expression he usually wore completely melted away, replaced by a gaze full of quiet, intense devotion. "Just having you here makes all the stress worth it." 5. Malleus Draconia Malleus met you by the ruined buildings on campus, the moonlight casting a silver glow over his dark hair and horns. He always seemed so otherworldly, but when he looked at you, he looked entirely human. "I am glad you came, my child," he said, stepping closer. He held out a single, glowing magical flower that bloomed only at night. "I found this and immediately thought of you." You took the flower, smiling up at him. "It's gorgeous, Malleus. Thank you." Malleus leaned down, his long fingers gently tucking a stray lock of hair behind your ear. His touch was incredibly light, as if afraid he might break you. "No, it is I who should thank you. The world is a very lonely place, but it is beautiful whenever you are by my side." 6. Lilia Vanrouge Lilia was hanging upside down from a tree branch when you walked into the courtyard, dropping down effortlessly right in front of you with a playful grin. "Kufufu, did I scare you, my dear?" he teased, poking your cheek. "A little," you admitted, laughing. Lilia's playful smirk softened into something incredibly warm and anciently tender. He reached out, gently cupping your face in his hands. "You bring so much life to this old heart of mine, (Y/N). I've lived for centuries, but these moments with you are the ones I cherish the absolute most." He leaned in, pressing a soft, lingering kiss to your forehead. 7. Silver Silver had fallen asleep under a tree in the courtyard again, his head tilted back against the bark. You walked over quietly, not wanting to wake him, and sat down beside him. You reached out to brush a fallen leaf from his silver hair. Suddenly, his hand shot out, gently catching your wrist. His eyelids fluttered open, his beautiful aurora eyes blinking away the sleep. When he realized it was you, his grip relaxed, and he pulled your hand down to his lap, holding it tightly. "Ah... (Y/N)," he murmured, a soft, sleepy smile forming on his lips. "I was having a wonderful dream... but waking up to see you is so much better."
8. Chenya You were walking down a quiet hallway when a pair of floating, cat-like eyes and a wide, mischievous grin materialized in the air right in front of you. "Nya~ Found you," a voice purred. A second later, the rest of Chenya's body faded into view. Before you could even greet him, he hopped forward, wrapping his arms around your neck and rubbing his cheek affectionately against yours like a spoiled cat. "I snuck all the way over from RSA just to see my favorite person," he chuckled, his mismatched eyes gleaming with mischief and love. He stole a quick kiss from your cheek, his cat tail swishing happily behind him. "You missed me, didn't you? Tell me you missed me!" A/N: And that's a wrap!
