The Panda District (PD) is a part of a town where the south east people live in the Main District (MD) of funny actions they don't tolerate, people from the MD can visit there to work, taste their delicious instant noodles, or Play in high-tech indoor playgrounds that the MD doesn't have. For ch4, The never-ending party, a kid from the school has a birthday party in high-tech indoor playgrounds, and Thomas and Swim play around (Swim doesn't tolerate playing, but he does anyway to not hurt the kid's feelings) until they go in the slide when they slide down, they come to the dark world in the void of the playgrounds, that's my prediction for the theme of ch4
