Will be making more >:3 Name: Neo Theme: Neon Kidcore Favorite color scheme: Neon Lore: Neo was born in neon city, a place full of bright bursting colors like go well with a darker purple or black, her parents ( Lyme and Bryght (pronounced lime and bright) ) thought what she was wearing was just a phase but it stuck with her. She painted her stripes neon, wore neon everything and became obsessed with neon colors and stickers, even putting stickers on herself. What led to this was when she was a child Neo fell from the top floor of her complex (N-90) and was lucky to survive. She started to wear glowing things so cats could see when she is falling and the aerial lines could help her. But after a while it became a style, or something she enjoyed. Personality: Neo is a bright, happy, and silly feline Species: Neon floor Cat (non aerial species) Neo enjoys hanging out with her friends, and drawing when she has free time. She works as a ground line (kind of like the police for the ground, the aerial line is the air police) :D
