There are three specific things that make him angry: The sideways glance (when you ignored him for a long time or abruptly dismissed his suggestions, his large, bulging eyes would dart to the side, showing clear disapproval or boredom); the screen tap (if left idle, he would sometimes jump up and "bang" on the inside of the monitor glass to get your attention, as if saying, "Hey, I'm still here!"); and tying himself in a knot (in some versions, if the user made repeated errors or abruptly cancelled his help, Clippy would twist himself up or turn into a tight knot, visually displaying his frustration). That is what makes Clippy angry. You can download Clippy as a desktop assistant to chat and receive messages from him here: https://felixrieseberg.github.io/clippy/ He isn't a virus, and he won't destroy your PC out of anger; as mentioned, those three reactions are simply how he shows his frustration.
