~Marah~ I still see it. Every time I close my eyes: The sky lit up like the fourth of July, smoke filling the streets, sirens wailing and people screaming. It felt like the end of the world. But it was not the end of the world; only the end of a city called Elinton. They say it was some kind of bioweapon. An organized attack. A demonstration. There is no way of knowing who is infected, or how serious things might get. They sealed the city off before dawn. No one gets in and no one gets out. And somehow, with the entire town reduced to ashes, I'm still sitting here at my window, watching the world burn.
