Probably the first ever ANSI editor there is on Scratch. It is mobile friendly, and you can save it to ansidraw.com if you follow these rules: 1: Click "Save" and follow the on-screen instructions. 2: Go to hexed.it and paste by using Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac). Make sure you choose overwrite and hexadecimal. 3: Click "Export" and rename the file so that it has the .ans extension. 4: Go to ansidraw.com, click "File" → "Load ANS" → "Local File" → "Browse" and select the file you made. The ANSI is split into quadrants because the font is too big to fit in a 80x25 canvas.
