Remixed to help with forum topic: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/904106/ ---------------------------------------- Swift summary: Coding a section of animeme, have different types of swipes which did not interfere with each other until I added F(ast)U(p)... now F(ast)R(ight) does not trigger: it does not clone and thus does not move or even show up. FR works on its own if I click 'when I receive fast right' section, also works if I broadcast 'fast right' Removing the 'stop other code in this sprite' appears to be the problem: when removed, FU does not work but FR does Attempted fixes: Not using clones for FR- somehow cloned anyway and did not move correctly Put FR only in another sprite- produced same results as before; deleting the 'stop other code in this sprite' still fixed the FR problem and created the FU problem Put FR in another sprite which did not use messages and changed variables by itself- still did not work Broadcast R instead of FR: same result; does not clone
