Something I want to add-- I think a lot of us (Christian or not) see obeying God's word as something of a limitation, or something we do for the good He promises us, but I've realized recently that His commandments and wishes ARE GOOD IN THEMSELVES LOL. Like if you genuinely love Him and follow His commandments, those things He wants you to do actually develop you to be a better person, have more peace, develop self-control, have a better work ethic-- basically everything. It's not just the things He promises for obeying that are good for us, it's the PROCESS too. And there's so much joy in a life with Jesus. I love you guys, but I can never love you as much as He does. :) <3
