I've used the static one for about a year now, but I looked for tutorials and recently figured out how to get the animated one! I own a MacBook, so I used an app called Cursie to download animated cursors. Mousescape is also an option, but you have to find the newest version for the latest Mac update... (no windows tut soz, I use Mac...) You can download pjsk cursors from the official Colorful stage website! It has all 26 characters, as well as the 5 SEKAI mikus
https://cursie.pages.dev/ https://www.colorfulstage.com/media/download/ - The cursors come in zip files, so you need to keep the folder and upload to cursie
