␥ Small Fanfic ␥ ♡ ... Spinning for you Christina Alonso was in the armory, she was cleaning her r!f!l3 and humming to herself, she noticed someone watching her and looked up meeting Jim Street's eyes "If you continue doing that you'll bore a hole through me" she finally said, Street cleared his throat "Sorry" he chuckled sheepishly. She rolled her eyes as she set the clean firearm down "What do you want?" She asked, leaning against the island with her hands, Street looked at her up and down before landing on her face, the way her hair framed her face, sharp eyes landing directly on him. It made his heart race in ways he knew couldn't. "I - um, nothing, just wanted to see how you're doing" he stuttered slightly, she rose an eyebrow and smirked "I'm fine, it's been a week, but I'm fine" She said cleaning her hands on a towel "Great! So, about my offer?" Street was sweating slightly, which was weird because he has asked many women out before and never really sweat about it, but this was Chris. First female SWAT officer and was in the K-9 unit, she's someone to be reckoned with. She's not definitely not just /any/ women that Street has dealt with. She looked down at her smudged hands and shook her head "We already went through this, Street" she started, she looked up at him with sad eyes before continuing "We're in the same team and I'm still an officer, I can't afford to loose my career for something like this" the way that she mentioned Street's feelings like it was nothing, strangled Street's heart. He let out a sigh as he straightened and took a step forward, he was really close to her, that she could feel the unstinting warmth of his body "You have me spinning in circles, Chris, I can't get help how you make me feel, it's deep in there and I don't want to hold back anymore" he whispered the last part. Chris felt herself go warm she opened her mouth but closed it "I-I can't do this" she muttered, she pushed past Street with a slight push, he stumbled slightly but his gaze stayed focused where she was just standing. His shoulders slumped as he looked at the ground with sadness. "I really am going in circles" he muttered. --- Done, I am now going to sleep! Goodnight!
