Scenario Iota: Human speech causes extreme volumes and destruction due to a unique low-frequency atmospheric resonance that is currently under research on why and how it's caused. • Occurs every 15-40 years • The event lasts 5-72 hours. The recording was cut so the end is visible. •• The alert is released 2 minutes before the event actually occurs. • Alert goes off 1 minute before event occurs. •• The event itself is detected 15 minutes before the alert goes out. An urgent notification is sent to phones for people to prepare to be quiet. • Televisions will not turn off during the alert period • Some theorize it occurs when two certain planets align and "awake" this resonance. • Several people die during this due to services shutting down during the quiet period • People who release false alarms are immediately subject to execution. • The 13-second tone is unique to the Iota warning. •• Everyone is terrified of it... • Everyone in Regentium is informed of the event and its procedures starting in Kindergarten, including the universal/country-based sign language used for it.
Info: Before it occurs: • The sky fluctuates from very cloudy from extremely sunny rapidly • Atmospheric pressure fluctuates, notice to humans • Rarely, people with a condition called "Resonance Hypersensitivity Syndrome" appear and can hear "an organ-like noise." •• These people are promoted to very high, important levels in aeronautics positions to prevent disaster •• Everyone with the condition hears it as an "organ"
