probably the cleanest platformer engine I've programmed might use this for future projects or smt idk has proper floor, ceiling and wall snapping hopefully doesnt crash!!! watched a lot of pannenkoek and the way most engines handle floor or wall snapping is they take the position of the wall you touched and snap you to it plus an offset based on its direction, you cant really do that in scratch though since the levels are basically still images, so my solution was when a wall or ceiling is found to checked to continuously see how close you can get to it, which is made easier since the positions only use whole numbers, this could possibly lead to a lot of lag but idrc
