It was on floor 12, when they were all resting, that Vee had broadcast the new instructions to them. Basically, just get Shelly and Glisten from floor 35, and return to Gardenview Center. and Brusha had been grimacing ever since the news that they had to go get Shelly and Glisten from such a far- down floor. Not that it wasn't for the better. She would be happy to have them both back. But the elevator ride would be oh so very exasperatingly long- Brusha could barely stand it. Sprout and Gigi were attempting to calm Brightney from her shock. It must have been terrifying to be that up close to a twisted. Brusha sighed. She couldn't help but think of Tisha... Maybe, she would be okay. "Okay, we can't just mope around, guys. We have to get a move on- It sounded like Scraps, Goob, and Vee wanted to meet us as soon as they could." Sprout announced. "Yeah... We should go." Astro agreed. Reluctantly, the tired group agreed, and to the elevator they went. Rodger pressed the button, and annoyingly tapped the floor with his boots as he waited. "Any idea how long it'll take?" Brusha groaned. "Just give it a minute." Razzle responded. Dazzle just hung his head, seeming exhausted. Eventually, after what seemed like forever, the elevator arrived. It made a groaning noise that did NOT sound normal. "Th- This is totally safe, right?' Boxten asked as the door opened. "I'm sure it's fine. Come on!" Sprout told him. The group cautiously entered the elevator. (Floor 35. I am not looking forward to this elevator ride.) Brusha thought as she pressed the button for floor 35. The first few minutes passed by like molasses. No one talked, everyone just stood there in awkward silence. Then, the elevator creaked. And it creaked some more. Finally, there was a loud CRASH as the elevator groaned to a halt, and tilted sideways, sending every craft plummeting to the right side of it. "AAH! WHAT THE-" Brusha screamed as she fell to the side of the elevator. "What's happening?! Is the elevator breaking?! Oh no!" Toodles screeched in a state of shock, before breaking into tears. "Everyone just stay calm! I'm sure we can get out of this, okay?!" Brightney yelled to everyone, trying to sound assuring, but failing. The elevator let out another loud creak, and everyone screamed. "EVERYONE HOLD ON!" Astro shouted. Then, the elevator fell. In shock, Brusha passed out. ... ... ... Everything was blurry. Brusha's head hurt- it felt like she bumped her head, but other than that, she didn't feel... that injured? How? As she regained her vision, she could see Astro, attempting to open the elevator door. Brightney was trying to stand up. Now she could see more clearly. She sat up. Toodles was hugging Rodger and crying, as he tried to comfort her. The top of Gigi's head had been shattered, and Sprout was frantically trying to heal her. Both Razzle and Dazzle had some chips in their faces, but other than that, they seemed fine. Boxten was still passed out, with no visible injuries. "What... What happened?!" Brusha exclaimed. "Oh, you're awake too... I'm sorry if you got hurt or anything, I really tried my hardest to help you all." Astro said, sounding fatigued. "Yeah, if not for Astro's powers, everything would have been a lot worse." Sprout added on. "Some of us could have died." "Guh... I almost did..." Gigi groaned as Sprout applied medical wrap to her head. Astro had forced the elevator door open successfully, and rolled it all the way back with his powers, so it wouldn't fall down again. The floor that Brusha could see was pitch black. As Astro walked into it, some lights flickered on where he was. Motion sensing lights... huh. Boxten woke up, instantly sitting up, looking rather dizzy. "OH GOD! What happened?! Where are we?!" He yelped. "It's okay. We're going to be okay. We'll get out of... wherever we are... soon enough." Sprout told him in a shaky voice. Astro had walked out, further onto the floor, and Brusha went and followed him. There were puddles of ichor in many places, but only small amounts. Brusha glanced over at a shelf. It had a few pieces of paper on it. She pulled them down. "Scraps reference for creation... (Make sure everything on this one is perfect!)" One of them read, with several drawings of Scraps on them. Another read, "Goob reference for creation..." She went through them all, and started to feel strange. Each and every toon was there... except for... herself? She got more papers from a nearby desk. Comic strips of all of the crafts. Except for herself?? Walking down the hallway, she saw many posters of all of the crafts, and the fun activities they would get to do with the kids. She saw everyone. Except. For. Herself??? Brusha knew that Delilah had her help with the designs for some of the crafts. Was that really all she was known for? Brusha sighed and went back to the elevator. But as she got there, she noticed a little plaque over the elevator. It simply was titled, "Floor 100." Weren't there only 50 floors..?
