it's back, and better than ever. simply introduce a character of yours to me, and i'll rate it, and give it its own PL emblem! menu controls: space to go to the next page in the archived ratings left and right arrow keys to scroll through the full scale details that get evaluated: -Design (artstyle, visual details) -Effort (lore, animation) -Creativity (originality, how it stands out, etc) -Power (warning: the scale goes VERY far) -Morality (good or evil, self-explanatory.) there'll also be an extra comment from me too. depending on how your character does for Design, Effort, and Creativity, you'll get a neat rank! F- being the lowest, while S+ is the highest. rules: - you cannot submit a character with little to no info. - you must add a reference link for lore if you cannot summarize it in the instructions or notes. - you are NOT to fill in any board sections yourself. - editing the background and adding visual effects is allowed! - common sense please - if the project ever goes unshared, that's because it's been closed and is undergoing an archival of each rating done so far. please be patient until it reopens. - you should know EXACTLY where your character should be placed on-screen. - forgot to mention that if your character is one i know well and have seen often in projects, that's an easy boost for points and such
OC numero tres Ui-la (wow how original of a name) A being made of Scratch UI, her parts can be detached and used to carry out the functions they would normally pull off, just differently. Green Flag (accessory): Counters the Stop's function, can also be used to get machines running again View (eyes): There's nothing... Stop (head): fully freezes one object/entity in time. Countered only by the Green Flag Follow (torso): Causes an enemy to fight at her side for a limited time (it was kinda tough to come up with something for this one) Pause (legs): a weaker version of Stop, the frozen entity will resume movement upon contact with another entity Remix (tail): creates an exact clone of whoever or whatever gets hit by it, good or bad. No wonder Ui-la almost never has it out so yea, several VERY powerful objects smashed together into one unsuspecting lady in case you couldn't tell, i really like sonic mania
