double click the flag for better sync. (and also the project just completely bricks itself if you dont sometimes for some reason?????) if you wanna customize it just change the 4 "IMAGE" costumes. (make sure not to delete the giant transparent box in IMAGE1 and IMAGE3 it creates the stretching effect)
