The rattles are temporary, as they are placeholders for until one may voice them. (I pressed "Suprise Me!" and got a rattle sound, so I thought that I would stick with it.) Only voicing Speed the Jolteon as I can't really make a feminine/good enough voice for Crystal (the vaporeon)
Note that this isn't the final as like I may try re-take voicing him (Especially the "Look who's walking here?" part.) EV-Zero
