Why does Scourge remind me of Near from Death Note? Both of them are small, yet scary enough to terrify the biggest of opponents with intellect, words and immense strength. For Scourge, it’s Tigerstar, whom he defeats with the swiftest of claws. For Near, it’s Light Yagami, whom he catches and forces him to confess to being Kira. Then, later on, they are defeated, with Firestar killing Scourge and Near being bested by Minoru Tanaka- aka, a-Kira. -Sam. D
