A: I've finished writing short stories, but I am working on a novel :P Q3: First person POV, second person POV, or third person POV? A: first person onlyy- I can't do the other two it messes with my head lol Q4: Do you have a favourite author? If so, who? A: Stephanie Garber and Ana Huang would be my 2nd and 3rd favs, but Adam Silvera is my #1 Q5: Do you want to be a writer when you're older? A: Yes, but only as a hobby or an early retirement plan Q6: Do you have any advice for writers? If so, what is it? A: don't get too stuck on perfecting that first draft - brain dump, then correct, trust me Q7: When it comes to writing, are you a perfectionist? A: ha, kind of hypocritical considering my response to the question above, but yes Q8: Have you shared a story on scratch before? A: Poems, but not stories - maybe some day Q9: What's your favourite plot structure? (7 point plot structure, hero's journey plot structure, etc) A: hmm...I'd have to say 7 point - I like the easy routine of it Q10: What's your inspiration? A: writing a book that people (teens) will find comfort in Q11: Do you like making graphic novels/comics? A: ehhh- I tried once but my artistic abilities only go so far Q12: Poetry, or story writing? A: both ofcc Q13: Fiction or non-fiction? A: Fictionnn - unless its historical then I'm all for non-fiction Q14: What's your favourite book/series? A: The 'Caraval' series :) Q15: Do you believe in writers block? A: as a victim to it often, yes I very much do Q16: What about reader's block? A: yes I dooo- though I don't get it very often Q17: Do you like putting references in your stories? (references to other books, a movie, songs, etc) A: song lyrics for sure - other than that I've never really tried to or even thought about it Q18: Do you like writing chapter books? A: Yess - though I don't always finish them Q19: Realistic fiction or unrealistic fiction? A: hmm...a mix of both Q20: Have you ever written a character based on someone in real life? A: ohh yeahhh lol. sometimes bits of me, or a friend, old love, etc Q21: Do you give MBTI personality types to your characters? A: no its a little too complicated for me Q22: Writing in a notebook or writing on google docs? A: writing the basic idea in a notebook, thennnn Google docs - then story vision sketches in the notebook lol Q23: Pen or Pencil? A: super fine point pen bc pencils break so easily Q24: Spiral bound or book? A: oh book for sure
