(Just a little scenic context ig) Eyes like black holes they they seem to peirce right through you. Silently he watches under the light in the trees- no expression, no mouth, no feelings. Or so it seems. He walks slowly inches forward curiously with his head slightly tipped to the side. You nervously respond- a step back. Another. Should you run? He stops, noting your fear and sits instead. Giving you a sideways glance he flicks his tail in the air- wood somehow staying together although apart. Moving as if a single piece as if magnetic. Finally he speaks- a raspy and worn tone. “Hello child,” A small pause between his words, not a hesitation- but a decision. “I am the Evergrove.”
