LORE: Basically, Glitch_Cat and Strawberry_Cat are in the backrooms, or a version of the backrooms. Glitch and Strawberry meet up, on level 0, they both dont know about an infection that's spreading around that can turn you into an entity (bacteria entity). They get so close as friends that they develop romantic feeling for each other and confess, becoming girlfriend and girlfriend. Glitch, isn't infected at all, but notices a little black mark below Strawberry's mouth, next to her side tuft (they are humanoid cats lol) she brushes it off as they had just escaped a bacteria, still unaware of the danger of the infection... as the days go by looking for an exit of level 0, the black spot spreads, Consuming Strawberry whole, turning them into a bacteria, Glitch runs away, hiding. Glitch finds a safe place to sleep and has a dream of them saying goodbye (AKA this meme) and thinks she might still be alive. It finds a bacteria that's not facing Glitch. When the bacteria spots it, the bacteria gives chase, catching up by the second. Glitch hadn't felt this challenged in speed until Strawberry and Glitch were playing tag, right before Strawberry got infected... Glitch see's the strawberry hair pin that Glitch gave Strawberry when they became friends... Glitch turns around to face Strawberry, now crying "Strawberry its me!" it says, crine harder. Strawberry attacks Glitch, now Glitch is infected. Glitch runs away while Strawberry is frozen after the attack. The infection spreads faster based off of the emotion strength, so after mere hours, Glitch's entire eye is covered. Glitch learns about the emotion thing, but is to numb and tired to even feel emotions properly, leaving the infection stuck to just her eye. One day, it sees Strawberry again, runs away and that same stuff loops a bunch. Eventually, Glitch finds exits and progresses faster, trying to fulfill the promise it made with Strawberry, to get out no matter what with each other. This feels different because its without Strawberry to make things less scary... Glitch is at the end of a level that could let you escape or send you back, based on Glitch's prior calculations (yes, it is very good at math) it has an 100% chance to escape, yet... it doesn't... It's sent to a room with all it's memories and sees when it saw the little infection thing, it regrets it and gets REALLY emotional, I mean SOBBING emotional, harder than it ever has, and it cries aLOT, the infection spreading faster and faster until it fully consumes it, turning it into a bacteria.
