1. Laurentia (or anyone else for that matter) has absolutely no evidence to confirm anything close to a eugenics program. All of Texas' secret black projects are HIGHLY CLASSIFIES, anyone outside of Texas would have no way of knowing what's really going on. The only noticeable suspicion is occasionally people in Texas are seen with eye color that aren't normally possible, though there is no way to connect that with eugenics. There is no evidence to ACTUALLY prove that Texas is doing eugenics, this would make Laurentia basically look like a bunch of crazy conspiracy theorists due to harsh accusations with little to no evidence. 2. Laurentia has no authority whatsoever to claim these lands, the claims are extremely old and just not really relevant anymore in some ways. They're cray conspiracy theories with lack of evidence combined with behavior of greedy imperialism would make them very unpopular and now Laurentia's main concern should be on avoiding a full blown controversy.
