In the project
The council is some people who have a red hoodie in there pfp. I am not sure how it started, what I know is that it started in yt when a guy said “join the council”. People then started joining then even making their own councils, take the scratch council as an example, They have to change to that ugly simpon looking thing, Then change the bio to the same bio, you find comments of this in featured project that say “Join the council” and when you click it their profile, their bio says that you have to legally change your pfp and bio. (people are literally making accounts for this.)
