This script can find lots and lots of prime numbers within a short amount of time (if you're on turbo mode), and it goes for up to 200,000 primes (the hard limit for arrays/lists on scratch). However, if you want it to be fast, then you have to either use turbo mode or force your computer to do more than one at a time.
