I BrickWall_42, am happy to announce that I have taken ownership of the PRF! After about a week of consideration, from both Statler and myself, we have come to the conclusion that it would be better off in my possession. Season 1 will be starting soon! Testing will also be posted soon!
The Scratch Outlaw Tour (SOT) will be shut down as a result of this, since the PRF expresses what I wanted to do with the SOT in a more efficient manner.
