No one in my choir nominated me for the Alto section leader. I was the 2nd best option for section leader.. There are TWO spots for section leader.. and NO ONE nominated me. A DAMN 5th GRADER WHO ISNT EVEN VALID BY CHOIR CODE TO EVEN BE A SECTION LEADER YET GOT NOMINATED INSTEAD OF ME. I'VE BEEN IN THIS CHOIR FOR THREE YEARS NOW. THE CUT LINE IS YOU HAVE TO HAVE BEEN IN SPIRITO FOR A YEAR BEFORE YOU GET TO BE EVEN NOMINATED. I started crying in choir and in my music theory class. But I was like very silent crying and my tears were small and dry.. so no one really noticed.. but on the drive back home my music director/ conductor called my mom and told me she was PERSONALLY nominating me for section leader of the Alto's.
