9/13/2026, 5:15 pm I was playing casually, doing a solo run, and got to Lizbeth’s shift. I was looking at the cameras and saw her- she looked like the image. I didn't get a screenshot. She looks like an anomaly. 9/14/2026, 1:43 pm I saw her again! Both times, the same few things happened: The last patient of the previous shift was an anomaly I treated incorrectly. Type didn’t matter. 9/15/2026, 11:35am I tried four times since. Nothing. I switched to secretary. Nothing. Afterwards, the secretary class was locked again like I never unlocked it. 9/16/2026, 2:47pm AGAIN, I SAW HER! The weirdest part? Her idle animation didn’t play. She just… stood there. Like the model wasn’t fully loaded. I checked the game files and her texture bundle didn’t update after the anomaly shift. I don’t know if that means anything. Is this our first true AH creepypasta or am I going insane? You see it too, right? If you want to try it yourself: ALWAYS play as the regular nurse. You MUST NOT have the second check‑in window. Watch the cameras as she enters. If you check after, it doesn’t work. Let in ONE anomaly the previous shift, treat them last, and give them the wrong item.
