I actually went ahead and published that track a while back, but looking back on it now, I can totally see why it felt so off to me. It was a super loud, energetic song packed with fast guitar riffs and big pounding drums, and at the time, making all that noise felt really cool. But every time I listen to it today, the audio sounds more like a giant wall of messy noise than a smooth tune. All those heavy instruments were basically shouting over each other, making the whole song feel a little too chaotic and out of place. Even though I pushed past my hesitation and shared it back then, I can admit now that it wasn't my absolute best work—and that's totally okay, because putting it out there was just another step toward learning how to make my next song sound awesome.
