OCs that not allowed with reasons: Brainrot (i won't fix them) Meme Related (because its joke things so if you had joke ocs then i won't fix them because its a joke) Images (not a oc) AI-Generated (need human art not ai slop) 2. please do not spam remixed project or comment it because i already know which one you remixed and not blind 3. don't change anything (and color in background) only ME can change anything 4. you can add 2 ocs or more (optional but you wish) but how you gonna add it? 2 ocs needs 2 consumes not one in one (optional if you don't want to make consumes) 5. no breaking scratch's tos (if you had one then change it) 6. if your ocs is too hard then i will do it (but some of them not if its multiple lines or too good) 7. PNG Formats are allowed (if i only know how to draw it in bitmap) 8. don't get mad over everything... if you have anger issues like me then hold it 9. address the issue (optional... but only if i'm blind or don't know which one to fix) if so then make private sprite and hide it to not see it 10. put trigger warning or random censor image if your oc are questionable or bloody (for your own safety) 11. don't fix it yourself... let me fix it man 12. problematic people are not allowed to this (or medias) if it is then i will try to find the way to deslop it 13. follow the USA laws and no politics please 14. you can add flags in private sprite if you want (country, gender and more) (its only for bios not ocs) 15. flag ocs are allowed as long as its countryballs breaking the rules will result the ignore
