Please be honest. Because all of my friends can get a good amount of views, and favorites by posting a project about a character blinking. While here I am, trying my hardest, and I can barely get any recognition. I just want to be what I've aspired to be my whole life. An artist, a Youtuber, a game developer. But if I can't even get a good amount of views for my good projects... It's not your fault, it's mine. I've said this many times before. My art sucks. What makes my buddies successful is that they know how to draw. I couldn't draw to save my family. I have to rely on the shape tool to make anything remotely okay. Sometimes... I think about quitting Scratch, and focusing on school, and getting my life together. Because nobody truly cares about me here, but nobody (besides my family) IRL truly cares about me either. I'm at a crossroads to quit, and leave everything behind. Or stay, and grip onto my false hope, and wish that somebody will appreciate me the same way I would them. Because I do a lot for a lot of people on this platform. I give so much reassurance, that "everything will be okay!" and "Your art is amazing! Never change!". But nobody'll ever say that to me... I'm giving my best to people who won't even look at me, and it really makes me question... Was this worth it?
I hate how effort on this platform is obscured by crap-posting, and that all of the effort people put into their projects goes to waste.
