After around 7 months of work, Monkeytype is finally here! This project was made almost entirely in Goboscript, and getting everything working has been an absolute grind. There were countless bugs, rewrites, fixes, and moments where I genuinely wanted to throw the whole thing away. But it's finally playable!!! (well, kinda :/) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ WHAT CAN YOU DO? • Type words as quickly and accurately as possible • Track your WPM • Track your accuracy • Keep an eye on your timer • Make mistakes and see them reflected in your results • Earn tokens from playing • Use the SHOP • Check the leaderboard (REALLY buggy) • View your final results after a test • Change between available test settings • Enjoy menu music :D • And, of course, try to beat your best score! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ THE GOAL The idea is simple: Type as fast as you can. Make as few mistakes as possible. Improve your score. Then try again. How high can you get your WPM? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚠️ IMPORTANT: ALPHA VERSION This is an ALPHA version. That means there are still LOTS of bugs. Some things may work perfectly. Some things may randomly break. And some features may not work at all. For example, the leaderboard may not work correctly, and there are probably other bugs that I haven't found yet. So if something breaks, don't assume it's your fault!
