This is Mr. Seaweed. He is a lonely ghost, who was drowned. He didn’t get accepted to heaven, nor hell, so he is floating around in the big oceans, and tries to save the boats in thunderstorms. His necklance is made from whale bones. Also big thanks for Leaf for giving me this character! I had a lots of fun drawing this :3
